SHIPPING - All items are shipped same or next business day after payment has been received. You will receive a email with tracking confirmation number after your item(s) have been shipped. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not provide international at this time. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after item(s) have been shipped.

1. Tracking - please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
2. Signature may be required for delivery for items over $500.
3. All items are shipped flat rate and we do not combined shipping.

REFUNDS - Refunds go back to the original form of payment. 

RENTALS - Rentals are currently only available in the NYC area. Deposit is required.

THIRD PARTIES - We sell on multiple marketplaces. Prices, images, inventory, may vary from platform to platform. Example, one platform charges 10% selling fee, the other charges 15% selling fee, we have no control over that.
