SHIPPING - All items are shipped same or next business day after payment has been received. You will receive a email with tracking confirmation number after your item(s) have been shipped. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not provide international at this time. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after item(s) have been shipped.

1. Tracking please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
2. Signature may be required for delivery for items $500 or more.
3. Items are shipped from NYC or our NJ warehouse depending on the item.
4. If you noticed your address info is incorrect after placing an order please contact us immediately.

REFUNDS - NO REFUNDS. In the rare case of a refund, refunds go back to the original form of payment. Refunds may take 2-7 business days to go back to your account depending on payment method used.

EXCHANGES - NO EXCHANGES. As most items are pre-owned it is hard to do exchanges for the exact same item. In the rare case we can do an exchange it would only be for the exact same item. 

DISCOUNTS - Discounts and Sales are only for items and/ time periods stated. Discounts, sales, and offers, cannot be combined or stacked unless stated such.
